At Jaypore, we want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make the return process as smooth and hassle-free as possible.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Defective/Wrong Products: We accept returns for defective or incorrect items only.
  • Purchase Source: Returns are valid only for items purchased directly from Jaypore.com.
  • Initiation Period: Please initiate your return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Damaged Merchandise: If your order arrives damaged, please email us a photo of the damaged product along with the barcode within 48 hours of delivery.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: To start your return, please reach out to our customer support team at +91-730-5297673. Provide the following details:

    • Order number
    • Product details
    • Reason for return
    • Any supporting documentation (e.g., photos for damaged items)

  2. Support: Our friendly customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide any necessary instructions.

  3. Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs.

Return Conditions

  • Original Condition: Products must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Refusal Rights: We reserve the right to refuse returns or deduct from the refund if the returned products do not meet these conditions.

Restocking Fees

To help us manage returns efficiently, a restocking fee will apply based on the product's price:

  • For products worth < $150: $9 per product
  • For products in the $150 - $299 price range: $15 per product
  • For products worth > $300: $20 per product

Refunds

  • Jaypore does not have an exchange policy; instead, we will process a refund once the returned items are received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may be marked as non-returnable due to hygiene or regulatory reasons. These will be clearly indicated on our website.

Customs and Duties

  • Please note that customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or fees incurred during the return shipping process. Prices are exclusive of any applicable customs duties and taxes based on your delivery location.
  • If your order value is $800 or above, a VAT of 5% will apply, along with a possible disbursement fee charged by the courier partner to clear the shipment from customs on your behalf. This amount will be included in the final invoice from the courier partner and is payable at delivery.

Once your return is processed, you will receive tracking details for your returned items.
