Cancellation requests can be accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. Please reach out to us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.



  • We ship only to physical addresses within the contiguous United States.
  • Shipping Carriers: We partner with trusted carriers like FedEx, UPS, DHL, and Aramex for prompt delivery.
  • Note: Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  • All products are crafted and shipped from India to ensure the highest quality.
  • For orders over $800, please be aware that a VAT of 5% plus a disbursement fee may be applicable. This fee is charged by the courier for customs clearance and is payable upon delivery.


  • Your order is expected to reach you within 7-10 working days.

  • Each artisan’s unique process may lead to variations in shipping times, and delivery may be affected by external factors such as weather, pandemics, or natural events.


    • As soon as your package ships, we will email you tracking information so you can monitor your order’s journey.

    Address changes can only be made if your order has not yet shipped. Please note that any changes must be within the same state.
